Castellex Air 3500

The Castellex Air 3500 is the most powerful NBC air filtration station in the 3000 series, with pre-installed filters and reinforced blast protection. It is built for the most sensitive sites and the harshest conditions.

Three filters are fitted: an F9 class pre-filter, an activated carbon filter and a top-rated H14 class HEPA filter. It supplies 500 m³/h of fresh air for up to 55 people, running at 250 W and holding a remarkably low 62 dBA noise level.

As a positive pressure system, the Air 3500 keeps the room at a higher pressure than outside, so contaminated air cannot enter by any route other than the triple filtration. Reliability comes from three independent power sources: the power unit, a high-capacity backup battery and a 2.6 kW generator.

Three double blast valves, able to draw air from separate locations, give protection up to 129 PSI against explosions, collapsing structures and shock waves. Three overpressure valves release air at separate points and hold the pressure steady. An oxygen indicator, a heating and cooling (HVAC) system and status indicators are fitted as well.

The model is recommended for embassies, hotels, schools, government institutions and other higher-risk sites, as well as large shelters, command posts and mobile installations.
