Description
The Castellex Air 550 is a four-stage NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) air filtration system with an internal backup battery, built for nuclear shelters, panic rooms and bomb shelters, as well as private and commercial premises in areas of heavy pollution or threat.
The system carries a high-efficiency main pre-filter, an F7 class pre-filter, an impregnated carbon filter and a top-rated H14 class HEPA filter that captures all known warfare gases.
Three operating modes — standby (closed), everyday ventilation and NBC filtration — allow a quick switch to suit the situation. In everyday ventilation mode the NBC filters stay sealed, so their service life is not used up needlessly.
